1. Platform Role
WedFin is a wedding finance facilitation platform.
📌 Wedfin does not provide loans directly. All loans are offered and sanctioned solely by RBI-regulated financial institutions.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Specific interest rates
- Specific disbursal timelines
Final decisions are made by lending partners.
3. User Responsibility
You agree that:
- All information submitted is accurate and complete
- You have the right to share the documents provided
- Any false information may lead to rejection
4. Limitation of Liability
WedFin shall not be responsible for:
- Loan rejection or delays
- Actions of lending partners
- Financial losses arising from third-party decisions
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and platform design belong to WedFin and may not be copied without permission.
6. Termination
WedFin reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
